Our Weekly Leadership Growth Clubs are vibrant school-based mentoring sessions that create safe, engaging spaces for African girls to grow as self-led individuals. Every week, girls explore leadership, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and emotional intelligence through interactive classes anchored by mentors and experts.

What We Do:
We meet weekly in  schools across Lagos equipping  girls with tools to lead their lives and communities. Through games, group reflections, play-based learning, and our originalLeadership Framework, girls are inspired to think differently, build confidence, and become leaders.

The Summer Growth Camp is our five-day immersive learning experience that brings together 250 girls for a full-circle exploration of leadership, creativity, technology, and self-discovery.

What We Do:
In a semi-residential camp format, girls dive into hands-on workshops in leadership development, digital skills, tech, crafts, and entrepreneurship. They go on field trips, meet real-world role models, and experience deep personal growth. The camp blends fun and structure, giving girls exposure, voice, and the mindset to thrive.

Our Enterprise Development Program is a business incubation journey for girls ready to launch or grow their ideas targeted at giving our girls Agency, Autonomy and Audacity.

 

What We Do:
Each year, we support girls aged 11–19 with structured business ideation and planning workshops led by Business Development Specialist With expert mentorship, mental health support, and access to Girl Enterprise Day and microgrants, participants are empowered to build sustainable businesses grounded in purpose and strategy.

Girl Enterprise Day is a vibrant showcase of girl-led innovation and entrepreneurship. It is a powerful platform for girls to pitch, refine, and elevate their business ideas.

 

What We Do:
Through immersive advisory clinics, pitch sessions, and expert evaluation panels, girls receive tailored feedback and microgrants to kickstart their ventures. It's not just a competition; it's a celebration of bold thinking and economic empowerment built from the Sheevolution journey.

Our outreaches create large-scale learning experiences that give African girls accurate, age-appropriate, and empowering information about their sexual and reproductive health.

What We Do:
With expert facilitators and Sexual Reproductive Health Partners, we deliver inclusive, girl-centered sessions on pressing issues like period poverty, endometriosis, and PCOS. These one-day events reach over 5000 girls across schools in Yaba Education District 4, giving them access to services and guidance to make informed decisions about their bodies and lives.
